The New Big Six Conference Shatters Convention

Historically, the nation's top prep school programs (whose rosters frequently include post grad players) do not often play the nation's top high school (no post grad players) programs.

For the 2025-26 season, six teams have formed the Big Six conference which will throw that convention out the door. The most common denominator for these six teams is that they all have established the reputation that "They will go anywhere to play anyone...when the opponent is really, really good."

The Big Six will include prep powerhouses Putnam Science Academy (CT), Bridgeport Prep National (CT) and Lee Academy National (ME) and high school teams Our Saviour Lutheran Jelly Fam (NY) and Redemption Christian Academy National (NY) and the well-traveled Canadian prep team, St Jude's Academy Post Grad (ONT).

The league will reduce their travel load a bit with an October 31-November 2 Tip Off gathering at the Community College of Rhode Island. They will return to CCRI on March 6 and 7 to hold their post season championship tournament. The regular season standings/tournament seedings will be based on a seven game schedule for each team.
