Run the Show Prep (PA) 2026-27 Player Profiles

Run the Show Prep (RTS) is a postgraduate basketball program located just outside of Pittsburgh. It's the prep team arm of Run The Show, a basketball skills training business. The program prepares athletes for the college level and get them recruited into a college home, with heavy player development complemented by a 30-plus game schedule.

RunThe Show was founded by three experienced NBA and DI coaches - Steve McNees, Allen Deep and Tyler Neal. Blaine Calhoun is the RTS Prep team’s head coach. Chivas Whipple is the assistant  coach, with Kiki Agbale and Gabe Samangy as development coaches. Coach Calhoun started his career at the University of Cincinnati while serving four years as a student manager under then head coach Mick Cronin, and then two years as a graduate assistant under John Brannen.  In 2021, he moving to the University of Akron as the Associate Director of Basketball Operations and Analytics. Last season was his first with RTS.

The team competes in the Ohio Prep Conference and against other regional postgrad and prep teams. 

The 2026-27 RTS roster is profiled below.

Jaylan Bizzell (2027) 6’1 guard - Bizzell is a slashing wing, an is an excellent on-ball defender. Projected as a D3-NAIA recruit.  3.5 gpa

EJ Giles (2027) 6’6 wing - Giles is a 3&D wing. He can shoot with range and has a nice up jumper. His length creates match-up problems for the opponent. Projected as a D2 recruit. 

Wills Kontul (2027) 6’0 guard - Kontul is a 3 point shooter and he is a tough lead guard, floor general. Projected as a D3-NAIA recruit. 5.3 gpa (not a typo)

Chris McKnight (2027) 6’3 guard - McKnight is a strong, scoring combo guard with an excellent frame. He can play either guard spot. Projected as a D2 recruit. 

Syre Moon (2027) 6’2 guard - Moon is an excellent 3&D shooter with range. Projected as a D3-NAIA recruit. 

Patrice Piquant (2027) 6’11 center - Piquant is a physical 5 man, who can step out and knock down 3’s. He is a good passer, and can initiate the half court offense.  Projected as a D2-Low Major recruit. 

Valteris Slanina (2027) 6’4 wing - Slanina is a big physical guard, a slasher on offense. He is an excellent defender, slasher. Projected as a D2 recruit. 

Trell Snoddy (2027) 6’1 guard - Snoddy is an athletic combo guard who is effective in getting downhill in transition. He is a scorer. Projected as a D2-D3 recruit. 

Troy Smith Jr. (2027) 6’1 guard - Smith is a lead guard, floor general annd an effective pick-n-roll playmaker. He has a good jumper from 3pt and the mid-range. Projected as a D3-NAIA recruit.
