2025-26 West Nottingham Academy Player Profiles
West Nottingham (WNA) is an independent co-ed school that serves both boarding and day students in grades 9-post grad. It was founded in 1744 by the Presbyterian preacher Samuel Finley, who later became President of the predecessor version of Princeton University. That makes it the oldest boarding school in the nation. The 124-acre tree-lined campus is in Colora, MD near the Chesapeake Bay, an hour south of Philadelphia and 45 minutes north of Baltimore.
The WNA basketball team is a college basketball feeder program. Their team gained national acclaim with its first-ever Greater Atlantic Conference Championship in 2024, followed by an appearance at the prestigious Big Baller Brand National Prep Championships in February 2025, marking a new era of high-level competition for the program. The team competes against high level college-bound player competition. This year the team agreed to an all-away game schedule, so they could also join the New England/New York based Power 5 Conference.
The team's 2025-2026 game schedule and results can be found here.
