Top Athletic Development Prep 2026-27 Player Profiles
Top Athletic Development (TAD Prep) is a newly established, national-level basketball prep and post-graduate program based in Las Vegas, NV. Officially launched in April 2026, the academy is designed for high school graduates and unsigned seniors looking to take a gap year to enhance their skills, gain exposure, and earn collegiate placements. It is an official member of the AOG Power 32 Prep School League.
Jared Dugan is the founder, director, and head coach of TAD Prep. Before launching TAD Prep, Dugan built an extensive coaching resume, with former stints at Florida Coastal Prep, the Indiana Fever (WNBA), Impact Basketball, NextUp Basketball, and SIS Hoops. Neema Djavadzadeh, formerly Director of Operations at Austin Prep (TX), is an assistant coach for the team.
Amir Bryant (2027) 6’5 wing - From Good Vision Academy (TX) Bryant is a confident, with a score-first mindset. He gets to his spots and creates his shot off the dribble, attacking closeouts for dribble pull-ups or straight-line drives with aggressiveness. Bryant also shoots comfortably from deep, with a quick release, consistently knocking down three-pointers before defenders could contest them. PH profile
Shane Ducksworth (2027) 6’4 wing - From TX Ducksworth is a strong, wing with a smooth outside shot. He has good athleticism is a smart and versatile player who can fit in any system.
Hugo Facorat (2027) 7’0 small forward - From Toulouse, France via Legacy the School of Sport Sciences (TX) Facorat has had a strong season at Legacy. Hugo has a ton of functional tools, he's athletic, can stretch it with both fluidity and ball handling skills, He is raw, and needs to add strength to defend college post players, but he has a lot of projectable tools and the upside. Has been offered by Tulane and Cal-Berkley. Video highlights
Brosnen "Broz" Gilmore (2027) 6’2 guard - From Green Valley High (NV), Gilmore is well known for his scoring, getting buckets in a variety of ways. He is confident with the ball and doesn't need much separation to get his shot off. He can change the scoreboard in a hurry. Offered by Delaware State and Union University. Brock Gramling (2027) 6’6 forward - From Poplarville High (MS) Gramling operates as a physical, interior-oriented power forward/center who relishes fighting for space under the glass. He handles the ball and sets screens with power and intent, looking to establish deep positioning to create mismatches down low. Video highlights
Gage King (2027) 5’10 point guard - From Austin Prep (TX), King plays a physical, high-motor style of defense that wears down opposing point guards and creates turnovers. On offense, he pushes the pace, moves the ball ahead to open teammates, and looks to score early in the shot clock. He stays vocal and often goes to different teammates during the game to keep everyone locked in on both ends. His communication stands out and keeps the team organized. In many ways, Gage plays like an extension of his coach on the floor. PH profile
Jamal Ozuna (2027) 6’3 guard - From Anchorage, AK via Moses & Mary Christian Academy (FL) Ozuma is a momentum changing guard. He is a fluid scorer with a smooth jump shot. He reads the floor well. He brings two-way impact as a tough on-ball defender. Played club ball with Team GBD-Puma NXTPRO. PH profile
Britton Thomas (2027) 6’5 wing - From Lawrence North (IN), Thomas has a lot of bounce to his game. He rebounds his area well, and when it comes to his scoring, he is always going to attack closeouts try and finish above the rim. Daaron Thompkins (2027) 6’6 forward - From Liberty High (NV), Thompkins has a quality jump shot and hits shots from the outside, and he makes his way to the cup. He can also score from on the block. He leverages his length and long strides on defense to make life difficult for his opponents. PH profile
Cheick Wade (2027) 6’0 guard - From Cardinal Ritter High (IN), Wade gets to any spot on the floor that he wants. He has a quick first step and welcomes contact so he can play through and finished at the rim. He scores efficiently in the midrange rising up over defenders. Defensively he's capable of guarding multiple positions due to his strength and can truly be a difference maker on that end of the floor. Video highlights PH profile
