High Potential NEPSAC 2030's

There are a number of high potential Class of 2030 student athletes planning to play high level NEPSAC basketball in the upcoming winter season. Below are profiles on some of those players.

KJ Creer Jr. (2030) 6’0 point guard, Noble and Greenough School (MA) - Creer is a quintessential point guard that plays the game with flair and a joy that is infectious to his teammates. He is lightning quick with the ball on a string, very good floor vision, and a jumpshot that is growing by the day. Defensively he is a pest on the ball, while still having a good understanding of all ball concepts and help schemes. Type of player that does whatever his team needs to win that game. As he continues to mature physically, Creer will be a high level college basketball player. One word to describe KJ is: WINNER. Plays club ball with Team New England.

Luke Gellert (2030) 6’1 guard, Noble and Greenough School (MA) - Gellert is a tough left-handed guard who brings both energy and an edge to the game. He is capable of stretching the floor with his perimeter shooting and doesn’t need much time to get it off. Brings relentless energy on defense, playing bigger than his size, and he embraces the physicality with no hesitation to do the dirty work. A two-sport varsity athlete while also playing soccer, Luke’s motor and energy constantly standout. Plays club ball with Middlesex Magic.

Ricky Hurley-Bea (2030) 6’3 forward/guard, Noble and Greenough School (MA) - Hurley-Bea is a strong off-guard/wing that plays both sides of the floor at a high level and already possesses a scholarship level frame. Offensively, he has quickly developed into an above average catch and shoot 3 shooter, and is one of the best offensive rebounders in the league. His triple threat and off the dribble game are developing rapidly. Defensively he is EXCELLENT. His versatility is unusual, comfortable being able to guard 1-4. Is always in a stance, moves his feet like a defensive back, and is strong enough to chest-up on drives. BIG-TIME recruit. Plays club ball with Expressions.

TJ Jordan (2030) 6’0 point guard, Noble and Greenough School (MA) - A “throwback” pass-first point guard who will possess great positional size as he continues to grow into his frame. TJ’s basketball IQ is one of the highest in the region, allowing him to direct traffic and be an extension of the coach on the floor. His skillset is high and consistently growing, using either hand to get down hill and finish around the rim or the foul line area. His standstill jumpshot has continued to improve, and we are now starting to see the results. Defensively he is a rock. Talks, competes, and blocks out EVERY PLAY. High level recruit. Plays club ball with Team Spartans.

Chase Lezama (2030)  6'4 guard | Brimmer & May (MA) -Lezama, from Boston, MA, is a young guard with excellent size and natural instincts. He shoots the ball comfortably from beyond the arc and is a strong finisher around the rim. Chase shows advanced vision for his age and plays with confidence, while also competing on the defensive end and not shying away from physical play. As he continues to develop, he projects as a high-upside player. He is expected to contribute as a rotational piece for Brimmer as a freshman while gaining valuable experience at the NEPSAC level. Plays club ball with Team New England.

Enrique Perez (2030) 5’9 point guard, Worcester Academy (MA) - Perez is a very shifty ball handler with excellent touch at the rim. He displays a strong feel on both ends.
