
Daley Works to Bring Salisbury Back to its Winning Ways
Founded in 1901, Salisbury School is an elite all-boys, private college-preparatory boarding school in Salisbury, CT, located on a 740 acre campus in the northwestern corner of the state. It is funded with a $100 million endowment. It has 330 students from 9th to 12th grade with a student-to-teacher ratio of 5:1.
The boys basketball program competes in the highly competitive New England Prep School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) Class A division. Players in recent years have gone on to play at schools including Harvard, Middlebury, Bowdoin, Rochester, St. Lawrence and several others.

The team is coached by Bryce Daley, a 2018 alumni and former basketball team captain at the school. In his second year as the head coach now, Daley has been steadily building his roster with college prospect level student athletes in order to compete with their very challenging schedule. Jermelle Cotton (2026) 6’0 guard, Salisbury School (MA) - 2024-25 All Western New England Preps Honorable Mention. Deep shooting range with a quick, confident release. Explosive downhill driver who gets into the paint with ease. Relentless on-ball defender who guards the full 94 feet with active hands. Plays with pace and excels in open space. Will Duffy (2026) 6'8 forward - Duffy impressed at the NEPSAC June showcases with his size and energy. Rebounds aggressively and plays physical defense. Receiving D3 interest.
Liam Gregory (2026) 6’9 forward - 2024-25 All Western New England Preps Second Team. Strong, athletic big with excellent footwork and reliable hands. Disciplined rim protector who walls up effectively and times blocks well. Capable shooter who can put the ball on the floor when needed. High IQ frontcourt player who brings energy, toughness, and vocal leadership. 3.8 gpa
Paul Shyposh (2026) 6’5 small forward - High-motor, gritty competitor with a team-first mindset. Versatile defender who can guard positions 2 through 5. Offensively flexible: can post smaller defenders or space the floor as a shooter. Brings toughness, effort, and consistency on both ends.
Corey Hill (2027) 6’1 guard - Named 2025 British DII 19u Player of the Year and selected to the British National Team. Averaged 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists while playing against grown men. Highly skilled and crafty guard with elite three-point shooting ability. Exceptional floor vision and ball-handling; plays with poise and control. Thrives under physical pressure and never gets sped up.
Jaden Schwenebraten (2027) 6’3 guard - Smart, efficient guard with excellent shooting range from beyond the arc. Attacks off the dribble and gets to his spots with control and consistency. Very athletic; can stretch the floor or create off the bounce. Finishes well through contact and plays off two feet with strength and balance. Low-Mid major D1s have been in contact. Sean Smith-Sharkey (2027) 6’1guard - From Fresno, CA, Smith-Sharkey is ann elite shooter with a quick release and deep range. Excellent on-ball defender with a quick first step. High-motor player who brings energy to every possession.
