A NEPrepBasketball.net Guide to the Ohio Prep Conference
The Ohio Prep Conference enters the 2026-27 season as the home of prep and postgraduate programs from the greater Ohio Valley region. The conference was formed to unite the area’s men’s college basketball prep feeder programs under one structure.
Rosters include some high school-aged players, but most are postgraduates using a year between high school and college to develop their game and gain exposure to college coaches.
To keep travel manageable, the teams gather in a single location for three weekends during the season, playing each conference opponent twice for the league standings. The 2027 conference championship tournament will be on March 5-6 at a location to be determined,
